Charlie Wells is now reporter and Editor for Bloomberg News.

He used to be The Economist’s deputy Snapchat editor until 2020, based in London. His team produced the publication’s weekly edition on Snapchat Discover. Charlie previously spent four years as a features reporter and news editor at The Wall Street Journal in London and New York. Charlie holds an M.Phil in Modern European History from Cambridge University and a BA. in Social & East Asian Studies from Harvard.
