James Davis is Commercial Business Partner for Digital and Development at News International. James oversaw the successful roll out of The Sun and News of the World mobile services across UK operators and direct to consumer in 2007, and more recently managed the re-launch of The Sun and The Times mobile sites. James is responsible for all commercial aspects of News International’s mobile and fixed line telephony, including advertising and sponsorship as well as Times Dating (online and paper) and Entertainment across The Sun and News of the World. Currently James is engaged on the development of some exciting multi-platform digital offerings. Over the last 10 years in digital media, James has worked for brands as varied as Ministry of Sound, Vodafone, Warner Bros and Samsung, building teams to deliver success and drive profitable content strategy. James has an MBA from Durham Business School.
