Mark worked at WPP between 1989 and 1995 at the parent company and also at Ogilvy & Mather and Hill & Knowlton in London. Prior to rejoining WPP in 2002, he was a Principal at the consultancy fi rm of Booz-Allen & Hamilton where he worked in the media and marketing areas for clients such as Universal, Viacom and the BBC. He subsequently founded and developed the company WebRewards in the UK which was sold to Bertelsmann.
