Ole Petter Pedersen

Head of Future, Kommunal Rapport

Ole Petter Pedersen (b. 1968) is head of future at award-winning niche media company Kommunal Rapport, in charge of developing new revenue streams based on quality journalistic content. Automated analytical journalism is of particular interest, as Kommunal Rapport covers all 422 municipalities and 18 counties in Norway, and its app. 100.000 vendors, with an editorial staff of just 15. Pedersen was named editor of the year in the Oslo region in 2016, and shared the award for best investigative journalism in Fagpressen (Norway’s specialized press) with two colleagues in 2018.
